Greens of Glastonbury Organic Twanger Cheddar (V)(P)
A medal winning cheese made by the Green family at the foot of Glastonbury Tor. Rich, full bodied with a lingering finish, Green’s organic Twanger Cheddar is made with fantastic milk from a local organic herd.
Wyfe of bath(V) (P)
Made by The Bath Soft Cheese company The Wyfe of Bath is a farmhouse style cheese made from organic pasteurized cows milk. It is a semi-hard cheese, the recipe for which is loosely based on a Dutch gouda, however, the Wyfe of Bath is pressed gently so it retains more moisture and has a wonderful buttery finish redolent of the fields of the farm.
Long Clawson Stilton (V)(P)
Long Clawson Blue Stilton is an award winning cheese taking home UK Supreme Champion Cheese at the Global Cheese awards. It is made in the heart of the Vale of Belvoir by Master Cheesemakers who began crafting cheese over 100 years ago. The perfect Stilton will have the telltale blue veins radiating from the centre and a distinctive tangy flavour. The milk for our Stilton comes only from local farmers ensuring low food miles. Long Clawson is one of only six dairies in the world able to make Stilton due to its PDO status.
Isle of Wight Blue (V)(P)
Isle of Wight Blue is a multiple award winning pasteurised soft blue cheese. It has a naturally rinded soft blue flavour which intensifies with age. The cheese is covered with beautiful grey, green and blue moulds which add a distinctive flavour
Baron Bigord (P)
Crafted by Jonny Crickmore at Fen Farm Dairy in Bungay, Suffolk, England, Baron Bigod is an artisanal cheese made from pasteurised cow's milk. This handcrafted cheese uses traditional techniques and undergoes a five-week ageing process. Renowned for its milky, grassy, and creamy characteristics, Baron Bigod delights the palate with notes of sautéed mushrooms and butter.
Solstice(V)(P)
Made with rich Guernsey cows milk from a neighbouring farm, Solstice has a rich yellow paste with a pungent edible rind. Previously known as Goddess under the Alex James brand, Peter Humphries of White lake cheese in Somerset has taken over the helm of making this glorious cheese. Influenced by the washed rind cheeses of Champagne, this cheese is washed in a Somerset brandy. Think Langres.
Sharpham Cremet (V)
Made by Sharpham cheese near Totnes, Cremet is a mould ripened brie like goats cheese enriched with cows cream for a double cream experience. This is a soft, smooth cheese with a white bloomy rind draping the mousy white paste. When young Cremet is subtle and delicate with a fresh creamy flavour that evolves into a rich earthy cheese as it matures.
Driftwood (V) (P)
Made by Pete Humphries at White Lake Cheeses in Somerset. Driftwood is a fresh, lactic log shaped Goats cheese is ash coated with a distinct lemon flavour and smooth thick texture.
